We are looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly candidate for our busy ENT office with 4 locations, with the main office located in Owings Mills, Maryland.
Summary:
Responsible for the management and training of all clinical staff, patient care and allergy shots, obtain and document all pertinent information in the patient electronic health system (eClinical Works) and providing patient education.
Essential Functions:
Recruit, hire, and onboard new clinical staff, conduct staff meetings and training sessions, and manage staff schedules.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Provides general care to patients. Administers prescribed testing, medications and treatments.
Order supplies and maintain inventory for all office locations.
Assists providers with patient care and in office procedures.
Maintains accurate patient records.
Responsible for reporting issues with equipment and patient concerns.
Responsible for following OSHA regulations.
Responsible for following HIPAA regulations.
Travel to on occasion to other office locations

Leadership and organizational skills: Manage staff, resources, and ensure the facility operates efficiently.
Clinical knowledge and experience: Possess a strong understanding of clinical practices and relevant regulations.
Problem-solving skills: Address clinical issues and client complaints effectively.
Strong computer literacy
CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain).
Experience in ENT preferred, but not required.
Electronic health records experience preferred
Must hold a Maryland LPN license.
